Fugleflicks by the Fire

FUGLEFLICKS are our Art-Related, Student-Created entertaining videos made by kids for kids to teach something about art. We've been making them for over 10 years now and our collection is growing all the time. Sometimes I show a Fugleflick alongside my lessons to introduce a concept or reinforce a skill but this week we are kicking back by the roaring fire and enjoying a Fugleflick Film Festival on our class set of iPads.

I created a Scan | View | Learn book with pages describing each Fugleflick alongside a QR code that leads directly to the movie's location online. I printed the book pages and spread them along the back counter so students can view all their options and scan/view the movie of their choice. Their excitement over the videos inspired me to make more pages to the book to include some of their requests. The 10 new book pages are here.

Students browse each page of the book to read the plot description and learning objectives of each Fugleflick before the scan the QR and view the movie.
