UPDATE: Don't Crush my dreams won!
Don't Crush my Dreams was selected as a finalist in the Next Vista for Learning online student video contest. Judges will determine winners in each of the two categories by the first week of June. Watch the videos and look at the scoring guidelines to decide who you think the winners might be. It's a great way to think about craftsmanship and storytelling.

Our 3rd grade Matisse Inspired wallpaper still life collages are full of beautiful textures, patterns, and colors. They really are irresistible! See all of these environmentally friendly pieces displayed in the hallways. We must thank Ms. Murphy who donated the wallpaper sample books, all the art volunteers who cut out the paper from the books, and those who have been busy this week hanging artwork in the hallways! Thank you!
You can also explore the images from anywhere in the world on our online art gallery on Artsonia. Please take a moment to write a kind comment to an artist. They will love it!
P.S. The art teacher in me compels me to plea on behalf of the artwork to always show respect for the art in the hallway. Touching is tempting, but it is really easy to damage someone's art. So enjoy it with your eyes. This Fugleflick below is a good reminder to not crush the art's dream of one day making it off the hallway walls and into a frame in the family's home.
We are the 2nd place winner of the ISTE Technology in Action Video Contest.
