Three years ago Dryden 1st graders learned about a school in New Jersey near the coast that was flooded by Super Storm Sandy. Their art room was in the basement which filled from floor to ceiling with muddy water destroying everything they had.
So, they decided to make art to raise money for them. We made and sold little heart houses as ornament, pins, and magnets and raised over $1200. |

It's amazing how a seed of kindness from such young students can grow and spread.
