I attended a two day summit presented by ILASCD on Social-Emotional Learning #SELSummit19. I made sketchnotes of the ideas that I wanted to remember using Keynote on my iPad. What I ended up doing was use one slide per idea. I tried to illustrate it and animate it to enhance the meaning. Then I exported that slide as an animated GIF like this one about the five areas of competencies within social-emotional learning.

The spoken word workshop was conducted by high school students with volunteers who spent just over two hours writing a poem collaboratively. They decided how to speak it individually, or in unison to support each other as needed. The performance and process was filled with creative choices made in a way the all voices and choices were heard and nurtured. See one example below.
